Why the hell did they write COZOO all big on the base of the lamp? Gross.

this one is showing $14.39 for me after -$3.60 coupon. https://www.amazon.com/Aooshine-B...33-7584565

doesn't have a blue shade, but also doesn't have cheesy company name on the base

Would guess these were originally made for a hotel chain and the name is printed on the lamp as advertising for the cozoo. They probably made too many, either on purpose or by accident. But agreed, the name printed on there is rather baffling, especially since a lot of these Chinese companies tend to come and go, or they change names and/or owners all the time.

Have you tried smart bulbs or plugs? Most of my lamps can be controlled via my voice, with the help of smart speakers and other devices.
I don't need the remote but I was thinking this would look nice in my bedroom.
I love how they think they can quantify convenience: "up to 3-4 times more convenient than standard table lamps" 😆
