Sounds like the USB port on these have a design, flaw and mini either never work, or stop working shortly after purchase. That being said, it sounds like the three USB-C ports on the 70 watt adapter works for the vast majority of people as expected.
Could still be a good deal for you if you don't care about the USPA court, but not the typical Anker or Costco quality with this one.
I bought a pack last fall. It's been working great and such a great value.
Everything feels premium and high quality. The braided cables are long and sturdy. Best of all they are all perfectly color matched, versus if I pick up random cables and chargers from different deals, they are all mismatched.
70w - I've used on everything, including long play session on the Legion Go, Macbooks, iPads, iPhones, to random tech like Theragun, power banks, drones, etc. No issues at all.
30w - Was snatched up by GF right away, since she only uses it for iphone, macbook, and apple watch charging, and the occasional bluetooth speaker charge. And it's been great as well.
No idea on the negative reviews. But to be honest I haven't had a USB A device since 2018. I'm picking up 2 packs just as backup/gift.
Bought this last time. 70w arrived completely DOA, none of the USBA or USBC ports worked. Called anker support and they made me jump through hoops to troubleshoot and send pics, then said they can't replace it with same one but offered a clearly inferior product as replacement. When I said that wasn't sufficient they told me to take it up with Costco.

It has an 18-month warranty, and has been on sale for maybe six months.
These bundles were closed out at warehouses for $20. Some even dropped them to $10.
