I never had luck with this stopping mosquitos. It'll trap moths and other insects that are drawn to light, but mosquitos are attracted to carbon dioxide and not light. Lots of insect collateral damage with zero mosquito kills.

Agreed with this! Any other harmless bugs which would not be bothering you anyway go in, but not a dang single mosquito.

I have one I bought on clearance at Costco. Agreed on the mosquitos. I just leave it on all summer though as it only takes a few watts of power.

Same here, a bunch of bugs get caught but not much mosquitoes in the mix. Their customer service is excellent though. My fan had a squeaky noise and they shipped me a new replacement.
