Woot deals are useless unless you're a Prime member, as the $6 shipping charge throws this out the window. It should be clearly stated in the title that Amazon Prime is required to get the benefits of the deal.

Which model was it? Did you return or request customer support?
I bought a ten-pack of the 30W Otterbox chargers from Woot and all of them work fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Those 30W chargers were the same price as this 20W model and much smaller, BTW, for anyone considering this deal.

This charger is solid. I use these for iPad chargers in a datamation cart for high school and none had failed.
