why is the screwdriver better than the little impact, or drill I already have ?

The main draw of this over an impact is the adjustable clutch, useful for putting together ikea furniture where its easy to overdo it with an impact if you're careless.

I do handyman work and the screw gun is both more gentle where you need that and quieter in someone's home where you don't want to be super loud sometimes. Like when I hang a tv I only use the impact for the bolts that anchor into the stud.

I have this impact. It is excellent for building using pocket holes and assembling other stuff. Doesn't blow out pocket holes and such like the 20v can and is much lighter.

Love this tool. It got me into the 12v line, and it's one of those that you dont realize you need until you start using it, and then suddenly the impact and drill become the "specialty" tools.

I always see people recommending the m12 screwdriver so I bought one and I was not impressed. Heavier/bulkier than my m12 impact driver and slower. I bought this on a whim when it was listed for $99 with the two smaller batteries and man oh man am I glad I did. It's everything I was hoping to get from the m12 screwdriver. Plenty of power/speed if you want it but the ability to dial it down and no hammer mechanism causing screws to slip. Excellent trigger control and the best part is it's super lightweight.

I think I'm glad I saved some money over this kit and got the 2ah batteries. I've never run out of battery using it and the 2ah are super light and tiny.

Great deal on this but I really want the 12v - 5 in 1 kit instead.
