Community Reviews
Baseus's 4 port PD3.1 GaN charger stands out as a compact travel brick that can handle serious laptop charging, including 140W from a single USB C port and reliable Samsung 65W Super Fast Charging 3.0. It also powers a phone, laptop, and headphones at once, and the 8.4 ounce weight keeps it easy to haul around. The main limitation is shared output, since the 140W rating is for one port rather than all ports together, so dual laptop charging can fall short. TUV safety certification is noted, making it a capable all around charger if you do not need full power on multiple ports at once.
Common Questions (5)
It delivers 140W to a single port, not 140W per port across multiple outputs. When other devices are connected, the available power is shared, so it is best for one high-power laptop or lighter multi-device charging.
It can handle a phone, laptop, and headphones together, and it also works for charging two 65W laptops at once. A large work laptop may not dual-charge well, so the multi-device setup is best for moderate loads rather than demanding dual-laptop use.
It has TUV safety certification. That certification is described as including ISO and German standards with individual component testing, which can be a stronger safety signal than UL or ETL in some categories.
It can do 65W Samsung Super Fast Charging 3.0 reliably on the related Baseus 100W 3-port model, and the 140W 4-port version is expected to behave similarly. That makes it a strong pick if you want Samsung fast charging from a compact GaN charger.
It weighs 8.4 ounces, which is lighter than the Geek Fully 200W GaN wall charger mentioned in the thread at 10.1 ounces. That makes the Baseus a more portable option for travel or daily carry.

Another Geek Fully model (from the same page) splits 140W into a 100W/30W distribution, which could be nice for a laptop and phone. If the 200W version could maintain a 140W output on one port while charging other devices, it would be an instant buy for me. My laptop needs 130w and I'd rather not have to think about whether other devices are charging.
I learned about Baseus from somebody that got flamed for mentioning it in an Anker thread. It's worth keeping an open mind.

In some product categories this is a higher-tier (more valued) certification than UL or ETL as it includes ISO and German standards and requires individual component testing rather than just the finished product.
