Follow the instructions on the texts. Mine asked me to text my zip; I used the one tied to my 7-11 app account and boom, they all populated in app.

If you add money to your "7-eleven wallet" and then use that to pay for gas, you'll get an additional 3 cents off at participating stations. This discount has no limit, as far as I can tell.
It also qualifies as a convenience store purchase on the GasBuddy card towards earning stackable 3 cents off discounts on fuel purchases per every 25 dollars spent. I doubt that's even a very good deal, it's just what I've found so far.
