The IO exists I guess? Seems like laptops would have a comparable number of ports to this.

It was designed as a budget offering before B520 came out. For the price it isn't bad. Plus it has USB type-E.

Yeah but surprisingly DDR5 RAM is coming down in price, and Intel released competitive CPUs. Seems like there's little reason to buy into AM4 unless you were already on it or doing a very budget build with a 5500.
