Assuming you're talking about DWMT75049, then it's not a like for like comparison. The DWMT75049 is a 1/4" drive kit, whereas this one has 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2" drives.

When I look at these sets, I also look at what is really included in the number of pieces and they are actually sockets and wrenches rather than a few dozen screw bits.

I got this set a few years ago for $129 or $149. Its no surprise its more expensive. That aside, the set is decent. The sockets are a little shorter than typical but I haven't noticed it ever cause an issue. Ratchets are heavier but work well. Ive been really happy with it. My only negative is its a big footprint and heavy to carry. For my use thats not an issue but if you're lugging it all day it will get heavy.

That series has all three sizes too. This set is higher quality has twice the teeth to the ratchets and everything is a bit smaller so it fits in tighter places. I have picked up of the DWMT75049 sets over the years when they were around 100
