I have two of these and have zero issues with them being installed with the included 3M tape.

Good price. Have a similar one in gold. The rail needs to be installed/screwed into the tile for stability as an fyi so not an easy twist off old showerhead and pop this on if that's what you're looking for.

I think this is a maybe, and if it is metal, possible the internal parts are plastic instead of metal. Other non-costco hydrorail systems go for 4-5x this amount

Probably good for areas with low water pressure, but at 1.75gpm... it's gonna feel like you can never get the soap off.
