Firmish sole, not for running, more training
They do have a slight "roll forward" in the soles for walking though not super flat like my Reebok nanos
They are a little wider than nikes, but a little more narrow than my nanos. a little wider than sketchers
The top mesh in black is a little unsightly
But overall a great deal for the price
