Ordered there a couple of months ago. Literally, they forgot the chicken on my asiago chicken sandwich. Not my first bad experience with Panera at multiple locations. Never again. Good luck, everyone!

Consider the source lol -- I have had an issue or two over the years and was polite to staff. Last time they gave me 3 cookies and a credit. Over generalizing helps nobody, there's thousands of locations and random store cultures (not just with Panera)

I dont know how they survive in my area, a simple grilled cheese (yes just sliced bread and american cheese) is $9.49

The bad part is they call themselves a bakery but i always see the same pastries in the display cab and the bread is always stale.
