2. An unmanaged layer 2 switch doesn't forward it's MAC address, so it's can't manipulate a MAC table because it MUST forward the client's MAC.
3. Any layer 2 switch doesn't do ARP. That's a layer 3 feature (network).
4. Any layer 2 switch doesn't do DHCP. That's a layer 7 feature (application).
5. An unmanaged layer 2 cannot do VLAN tagging. A managed switch can do VLAN tagging, but there's no "send this data to China" VLAN.
6. An unmanaged layer 2 switch cannot do flow redirection.
7. Any layer 2 switch MIGHT introduce some latency and/or jitter if it's a really crappy or extremely old, but neither allow traffic sniffing.
Remember, no machine should EVER connect directly to the internet. You should place it before a firewall and if you have any doubts, both your router and firewall can inspect (and subsequently block) any suspicious packets.
A+ effort for spreading FUD.
Nice try though.

I bought zywall before and sold it after realizing it's just too complicated for normal person.

edit. if you don't know, this is more about the target comment and has nothing to do with the switches in this deal. (the switches are safe to buy).
