I actually just got these shoes today. Can confirm they are waterproof, build feels high quality, only wore them for an hour but felt comfortable. Not too stiff like some waterproof shoes, and had a standard fit comparable to other Adidas shoes.

I've ordered from them countless times and have never had this issue. They ship quickly, returns are easy. The only glitch I've had was where they were OOS on one item and quickly refunded me when they discovered it.

I find that this is area specific.

Fedex has been the most reliable for me followed by DHL, USPS, then UPS.

I'm in the New York City area.

That must be regional indeed. In Los Angeles FedEx regularly promises one date and then delivers 2 to 3 days later than the original date. Its really odd because none of the other shippers do it so frequently as they do. FedEx is great for envelopes but packages has always been iffy. Happy to hear it's not the same for all though. Haha

You are so lucky that DHL still delivers in NY, they were by far the best. Being reliable and charging the same makes it hard to compete I guess.
