Not the latest and greatest but I have a similar setup with 32gb vram from dual gpus and 64gb ram for a poor man's local llm hosting. Gets around 60tps from Qwen3.5 35B which is not bad at all

I would pay $50 more for the 7500x3d combo at Microcenter. Better processor, faster ram, better MB, has a USBC front panel connector, and has a better upgrade path.

1 ram stick is not a big hit on DDR5.
