Not the latest and greatest but I have a similar setup with 32gb vram from dual gpus and 64gb ram for a poor man's local llm hosting. Gets around 60tps from Qwen3.5 35B which is not bad at all

Though not necessarily cost-effective options these days you can indeed find plenty of 5500X3D models via eBay.
