This is the 4th set of stairs I've bought for my chihuahua. All diff brands, all diff materials. This one is the best out of all of them.
Each step has it's own compartment. So in theory, you could replace each foam stairs as needed. My other sets of stairs has one big zip and the foams tend to mold together over time.
This material is less clingy, pet hair falls right off. But it still has texture, so my dog won't slip.
they're WAY TOO STIFF, the fabric is a CHEAP CHEAP curtain fabric, and for it to come in a big box i had to insert the last stiff foam step myself.
this is maybe something for like a younger shmedium sized dog. NOT a senior small dog who needs something soft
