Is this worth an upgrade from a 55P605?

Looking for better blacks and better HDR. Right now HDR makes my TV super dark.

No $250 TV is going to have good HDR performance

I have a similar TCL TV - I believe the 55" 6 series and am thrilled with it. Not sure how big a step down the 5 series is from the 6, but this is a very attractive price point
