Have a Uniden DFR7 still running strong. Don't really feel the need for arrows, I can usually tell by the pattern of beeps if it's in front or behind.

Is this worth buying, or just wait til my current one dies and upgrade to a higher end model at that time?

Nice and tempting (just bought lol) time to upgrade from a beltronics rx65 .. but i dont speed that much anymore max 10mph over....itll be handy anyways!!

Same. I'm currently stalking the r4 and r7, but my dfr7 would still live in partners car. This is tempting but I've seen the r4 and r7 dip to $300-400. If you're happy with dfr7 I'd stick with it.

You selective bias and wild assumptions sure are strong. Do left handed people also think about kicking your dog disproportionately compared to right handed folk?

And lets pretend your imaginings are real...perhaps they are simply trying to offset their speeding tickets? And if so, why do you care? It's their pretend money fueling their pretend motivations.....

FWIW, the vehicles in my area that seem to be speeding the worst are either Chargers, big SUV's, or pickups. What does that mean?

P.S. Couldn't those evil hybrids and EVs also have radar detectors too 🤯

I found arrows not worth it, and I didn't like the additional bulk of the unit. If I hear Ka I'm slowing down anyways whether it's front, back, or side. Ended up returning even on a solid deal.

Just picked this up over my beltronics rx65...like slim detectors and dont care for added features...should be real nice upgrade and even with my crappy detector ka i would slow down anyways! i was looking for under $200 and only option was the cobra r480 which wasnt as good.. released in 2017 and still supported can't beat it for extra $100!

Got our EV in 2019 and have not paid even a penny to charge it. Now does it make sense that I can FLY if I want to?

EVs are famously the only vehicles that suffer from aerodynamic drag.
