The mask is very tight for those with large heads. People with smaller or medium sized heads should be okay

The volume gets pretty loud. But they're pretty quiet, my partner cuddles w me nightly and didn't know they had headphones for over a month until i said something.

How are these for side sleepers? I tried a cheap pair and the sound was really tinny and it felt like I was sleeping on... well.. a flat speaker on my ear.

I've bought a few of this model and I have no complaints about the fit or tightness, the flat headphones are great. I've purchased a few "in-ear" "for side sleepers" types and they were as painful as an ear with an OG AirPod in it laid on a firm pillow all night.If it matters my hat size is 7, for anyone wondering and I usually have it on fairly tight so there's plenty of slack.

$40, regular price?? No way. This is a typical price for these . I have a few pairs and never paid more than $15 . Not slick!

They do get loud too. I tend to have it one click above muted and slightly off of my ear. My current one is the 2nd one I've had. And I'll need a 3rd pretty soon as it is currently falling apart somehow. My first is still totally fine, even the battery after all of these years, but the speakers are bigger and it hurts more laying on it. My fix for the "I don't snore, YOU snore" argument was my wife and I abandoned the master bedroom and moved into the guest rooms separately. Now we have a second living room and can't hear each other's nighttime ruckus from across the house.

I don't sleep much, mostly due to long term messed up work schedules. If I'm lucky I can sleep for 8.5 hrs, waking at least hourly. She can sleep 10+ hours easily, she's done 14 a few times in the 5.5 yrs I've known her. I recorded her snoring multiple times sounding like a revving motorcycle. And played it for her. She still deny's that she snores on occasion, until I play it again.
