I have this identical shoe, colors could be better, but the fit is good.

Personally am not a fan of the fit. I got this same shoe/color on the last deal and didn't like it much for running. It fits long and there's no hole for runners knot. Might fit better if I went down half a size though

These are good for running but not everyday walking. My other ultra boosts are much better for both. These are pretty stiff on the sole side for everyday use, in case you're wondering.

Which other ultraboosts are better for walking? If you don't mind me asking. I always hear people recommending them for walking but there are so many models floating around, and I'm not sure what to buy. Thanks

I picked them up last deal and have put probably about 120 miles on them road running.

I have no complaints just praise, I ordered half a size up ( as I usually do) the toe box is nice and wide on them. Ellastic cuff is a nice surprise I've never tied them once.

The cushions great it feels like a lightweight airy cushioned running shoe versus a clunky asic nimbus or some of my bigger trail running shoes.

I guess the only minus is they're very hard to keep clean in this color, but as this is just my running shoes it's fine. and I would not use it as a technical running/HIIT shoe, because of the width and elastic cuff there's some lateral movement.

I probably buy another set to wear casually with shorts but my wife said I had to stop buying shoes.....

i still remember the days ultraboosts were the IT shoe, everyone wanted them, they were the most advanced and comfortable shoes. now, no one wants them and want hoka, on clouds, brooks, etc

I've tried a many high stack shoes and simply can't stand them. The basic on cloud 6 is great but it's not high stack.
NB Hierro v9 is unwearable and criminal how much they hurt me.
I'm not much of a brand fashionista except few brands I don't like... Hoka being one of them and thankfully, don't care for their style nor plastering the brand LOUDLY.

Too many trial and errors past year and I'm sticking to the basic form

That's a subjective take and you do you. They are still my go to shoes as they are both comfortable and durable. I have every model since 2018. This exact same model, but different color (UB 5X) were on flash sale with adidas on eBay last week and I got it for $42.50. Tell me which Hoka or on cloud shoes are for that price that I paid for, I'm waiting... Hoka especially is way overpriced even when they are on sale...

Yeah I've tried many hokas and they're all super weird, just don't feel right running or walking, very unnatural

Completely disagree. I never really understood the ultraboost hype but bought the 5X simply because they were so cheap on a previous deal and these are probably some of the most comfortable walking shoes I have worn. Absolutely love them. Usually walk 3-5 miles every night.

I bought these the last time they were on sale for this price in September, and both soles started peeling within three months. Adidas accepted the warranty claim, but the only thing they offered was a gift card for what I paid. They wouldn't replace the shoes, wouldn't let me exchange for another color, and wouldn't even let me keep the defective pair. I had to send them back.

That made the whole thing even more annoying, because there's not much on Adidas's site worth buying for $54. I'd be careful with this one.
