WinCo Foods appears to be clearing out their Kerr 8oz wide mouth canning jars and has them for $6.35. I went to a few stores (stocking up for canning fish) in the Tacoma area and every one had them for this price, so I'm guessing they're on clearance at all stores. They're still in with the regular canning section. I remember seeing Kerr lids on clearance too but I didn't need any and didn't think to snap a pic - I think it was $2.99 for wide mouth or close to that, not quite as good of a deal.
Kerr is made by Ball and this size is no longer listed on Ball's website as a jar they make, so I'm guessing they are being discontinued unfortunately. It appears Ball is no longer making anything at all under the Kerr brand name.
