I was going to write that, but i do not think one can. Doesn't the promo code portion also act as the T Mobile code portion? One could have both if they just decided to order both on the same visit, satisfying the $5 with something else.

What about the $3 personal pan? You would be over by $1 when you buy two, but would still be within the value of the cheese sticks ($7.99 in my area).
