I didn't know about the
Amazon Business Prime Rewards page [amazon.com] before this offer, and saw there were multiple Opt-in offers for additional percentage backs. I am not sure yet if they stack, as I just did a large order before realizing this was all here, but will update once I order more or hopefully someone in the comments can enlighten me.

Not sure how this works. I went on the redeem page, redeemed it, but when I go to make a purchase, it still says 5% back + 1% more if delivered on Amazon Prime day on the checkout page. Not sure which "eligible" purchases it applies to.
Edit: Alright, after some digging, it changes to 10% after it's delivered.
Be sure you're signed in with the same Amazon Business acount that appears in your offer email.
