this game runs fine on a ps4 and even on the steam deck, a ps5 is can easily handle this

The game runs at a very playable framerate on the ps5 native version (usually 40-60) but if you want a rock solid 60fps on playstation your only option is putting the ps4 version of the game in a ps5 (it'll look slightly worse however).

100% this. I swapped back and forth for days between the PS4 and PS5 versions comparing on my launch PS5. The amount of lag and stutter was unbearable. Yes, the graphics looked a bit better on the PS5, but once you play the PS4 version a bit you don't even notice it to be honest.

I do wonder how the PS5 version performs on the PS5 Pro looks now. May have to look up some videos...

Unbearable Really?Personally I played about 80hrs in graphic mode (not performance) and just wrapped it up the other day. Zero issues everything smooth on my launch ps5.
