I have their other $30 100 watt charger with the screen and it does SFC 3.0 perfectly.
The PPS mode on this adapter doesn't support 20V, only 11V at 5A maximum.
And even if the device would accept it, the need for an E-marked 5A cable to enable that mitigates some of the benefit of PPS' flexibility and the feature itself.
In short, one should not expect SFC 3.0 support with this adapter.
