Existing US Mobile customer prices for Starlink:
1. 100mbps: $30/month (regularly $50 through Starlink)
2. 200mbps: $60/month (regularly $80/month)
3. 400+mbps: $100/month (regularly $120/month)

Question: can the Starlink device be taken with you while away from home (like when you're camping, on a road trip, out of town, etc)?

promotional pricing. who knows what it costs after six months. probably not worth the headache of switching.

I assume it goes from $30 back to $50 after 6 months and so on for the other tiers.

If you're an existing customer, there's a promotion running right now to get internet for $30/month

From the FAQs on the US Mobile site:
Can I use my connection on the move?
Starlink Residential plans cannot be used on the go and must be used at your intended service address.

What's the point of implementing this restriction?

100 Mbs is $35 / month for 4 months (then $50 / month) without the US Mobile requirement. You can get this from the starlink website.

Starlink Fine print:

Your Starlink Kit is rented. You must return your Starlink Kit in an undamaged, untampered and unmodified condition (except normal wear and tear, determined by Starlink) within 30 days of Starlink service cancellation or Starlink will charge you the full retail price of the kit as described in your Starlink Service Order. You will be directly responsible for loss, repair, replacement and other costs, damages, fees and charges if you do not return the Starlink Kit to Starlink in good condition. Starlink will issue you a return shipping label to allow you to return the Kit. Follow the instructions in Starlink's Return Policy for returning rented Kits.

Assuming we'll not be charged for the kit after 30 days ?
