Last year I unlocked my Pixel 10 Pro XL permanently in 2 days after activation by calling customer service and asked for emergency unlock for traveling overseas.
Anyone knows if the 12 months serive is tied to the device. I want to keep the phone, but if possible would like to pass the 12 month mint mobile service to a buddy who is willing to pay $100 for it. Tia.
Would anyone be willing to help? I am currently with Mint and my plan renews in 2 days(!). Is there any possible way I could take advantage of this deal? The porting in and out, Google voice, and churning prepaid posts are overwhelming. 😅 Should I sign up with Visible for 3 months then come back and see if Mint has new customer deals then? Or just suck it up and renew my Unnecessary plan with Mint for $480 and try harder/do more research next year?
I'd love a new phone (I have an s21+) but I don't need a new phone right now, this one still works fine. TIA!!

If he doesn't have Tmobile network service, port-in his #.
Placed an order for s26 256gb + unlimited 12 month plan on Friday, phone shipped on Monday and got delivered on Wednesday. Came out like $632. 400 phone + 180 service + 27 taxes + 25 mint mobile "recovery fee".
Spent maybe 10mins transfering number and activating, had some hiccup with setting up a password, but got thru. Seems good so far

I'm going to do this in a few days, just curious what provider did you transfer to?

I've used AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Ultra, Mint and Tello. Of these, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile had by far the worst pricing and service, which, for me, was no different from Mint, Tello, and Ultra. Comparable coverage in my areas. YMMV. I pay less for 12 months of service with Ultra than I paid for 2 months of service with T-Mobile.

I see from other threads this isn't uncommon from Mint, but is anyone else having this issue?
Mint support admitted just because you can order the phone doesn't mean they actually have the device in one of their warehouses.
I hope everyone else had better luck with their order.
