Common complaints in reviews for these Chinesium snap fastener kits is that the included snap fasteners are trash, so the only practically useful component is the tool. Granted, this is not a bad price for the tool, relative to other sellers selling just the tool. That being said, I need to replace one snap fastener on a bag, and otherwise this tool will sit for years between use. If your need is very intermittent like mine, look at your local hardware or farm supply store for the Lord & Hodge Metal Snap Fastener Kit. $5-$7 punch-based kit, takes up less space, and less money invested to sit around most of the time.

Be careful, check that the correct promo code is applied. I successfully added the clipped coupon, and on checkout it showed $3.20 was applied. i went to review order and reclicked the promo section and miraculously it went to $13.20 .
After reading the comments, i do not need this and will get the lord and Hodge tool .
