I picked one up and didn't like it, here are a few things to think about; it's too thin so it wiggles in normal cup holders, it's too tall so it's awkward to fill from the fridge or office water dispenser, and the top flips up and it hit's your nose when you take a drink.

I bought this too and agree with most of what you noted. The solid and great use I get from this is for traveling. It fits in my (smaller) side backpack pocket and it's great for inside of backpack too. For the refrigerator/water dispenser, I just angle it when I fill it and that works fine (yes, I can only fill it ~3/4 that way). I am overall happy with my purchase
