Buy a used 3080 and save some money, this ain't a deal at all.
Depends on what you want the graphics card for. If it's getting an RTX card with 16 GB of RAM then a used 3080 isn't an option. I'm only seeing 10 GB and 12 GB models of the 3080.

Well let's just assume its for gaming? 3080 outperforms the 5060 TI no mater 8gb or 16gb. So not sure what you mean by what the graphics card is for?
Yeah sure 13 - 25% better than the 3080 10gb because of VRAM. Tough people who work seriously with AI would never spent 500 Dollars for a 5060 TI when for a little more they can get a RTX 5070 is generally 25-35% faster in raw compute and AI performance even though it only had 12gb. At a price tag of 500 the 5060 TI makes no sense.
Also people who professionally use AI probably get something way more expensive like a 5090.

It's on sale everytime HP Omen 45L sells a machine around $3500 with 5090 in it.
