So do these actually work reliably over bluetooth now on a PC? I have a prior gen and it only works right with the dongle.

I have this and I use an old cheap usb Bluetooth 4.2 dongle on my computer. Now weirdly. The fancy intel killer WiFi 6 and Bluetooth controller on my asus tuf gaming motherboard would barely work. But the cheap crappy Bluetooth dongle works perfect. It takes two double AA batteries. I just use the Amazon high capacity rechargeable batteries and they last a long time for me.

I bought this controller about 5 years ago and last year I replaced the trigger buttons with a cheap aftermarket set and it's been fine.

I did receive last month an opened iphone 11 which was sold as New without anything like open box in description. So yeah. That happens. Return is nightmare by the way.
