I have the tub one, and it's great. I used to have to snake out my drain once per month or so and now it's a rare occurrence .

I much prefer the metal to the silicone version. It's much easier to keep clean.

Ooo, didn't know there was a metal version! Ya, in our house we have the silicone ones, and they're a) effective but b) almost as gross as snaking the drain. I imagine an all-metal one would be a huge improvement.

Didn't even know there was a "showershroom" version. I have one of these in my tub/shower (the little turny stopper thing corroded and broke) and it is great. I just slipped a week or two ago and my heel slid into this and bent tf out of it, so I need a replacement. Happy to grab one at this price, but maybe the showershroom could be good too. I'll have to set an alert. lol

I love the tub shroom. Stainless is the only way to go. I have the plastic sink shroom and it just gets so nasty, and it's so hard to keep clean. I have the stainless tub shroom and yeah, this is how you avoid having to snake your drain every couple months. In for a stainless sink shroom to replace the nasty plastic one.

I can also vouch for the metal tub shroom. It's a little gross to clean it out, but beats snaking the drain every month!

Have one. Same as others say. Works great. Catches everything. But yuck. Clean it before u need to so that it doesnt get junky. Otherwise its a real pain.
