Absolutely...which is why I scored one ;-). I was looking at a Hasselblad X2Dii and as much as I wanted one I couldn't justify that price for a unit where the screen only flips and tilts on one axis (shoot a lot of low stuff in portrait orientation). Moved up from an A7R3.

yeah I have an a7iii and have used it for SD videos pretty heavily since 2019 [youtube.com] and it's really needing an upgrade. The sensor to auto-switch from the EVF to the screen on back no longer auto-switches and the LCD sometimes just doesn't work Smilie

They have the A1 mark 1 for $2999 "open box" which is a good deal too, a coupon to keep it under $3k I might have to justify it somehow lol... Never heard of this site but looks legit

Most say the Sony alpha 1 mark ii isn't much of an upgrade from the mark I.

For me the larger grip, articulating screen, and improved IBIS is worth it.

Secondipity is legit - I've bought through them on several occasions...in particular Sony cameras, headphones etc. Everything was in new condition.
