Snap a pic of yours and take the shot to HD or Lowes or a plumbing supply place. If they can match it up and show you one they have then you might be able to figure it out from the backside.

Snag the one in this thread while it's on sale just in case you score on the above. You can always send it back if you strike out, but once the sale goes off, you'll be down the drain.

You might be able to pop it out with a screw driver that fits through the grates.

It has grooves and almost seems locked on. She i can brute force it but don't want to f it up if by some chance this wouldn't fit right, ugh

Use brute force, theres plumbers putty there so it seems impossible but u have to use force
