I bought this and returned it. It has poor design that the steam collected on the lid will eventually pour back into the rice whenever you open and close the lid. Making the rice wet or mushy at the bottom.
Just going to stick to my Tiger and Zojirushi even though it's more expensive.

Always amazed at these devices that are meant to do something and have like 20 other functions. Like I have a simple rice cooker I bought from the Asian market for $15 and it works well.
