At this point in the year, you might as well wait just another 5 months or so for the Ultra 4 if you don't need a watch right now.
This Ultra 3 sale is only $100 off, and retailers tend to have a $100 off sale on the new Ultra watches within the first month or so every time.

If history repeats itself, which I am certain it will, the Ultra 3 will get discounted by $200 when the Ultra 4 comes out. But, the Ultra 4 will usually have a $100 off sale within the first month or so of release by many retailers.

This $100 off discount is the typical sale that comes and goes frequently on the current generation watches.
