Single port PD capabilities via review pic:
• 5V 3A
• 9V 3A
• 11V 4A (presumably PPS rather than PD)
• 15V 3A
• 20V 2.25A

So no 12V, if you need it.

Isn't PPS an advanced form of PD, not separate from PD?

46w is fine for most phones and tablets. Its weak for high-power laptops.

There are lots of chargers on the market with more ports or more power or better cooling systems. This compact charger is great for travel; small enough for my carry-on bag but enough power for the devices that I use when traveling.

If your device supports 46w, then this charger will be more than twice as fast as 20w. Most laptops do support 46w; only some phones can charge that fast.
