I was just thinking the same about my Arlo system and thinking about switching over to Eufy (which is why I clicked on this post). My main gripe with Arlo (besides the fees) is the awful app ui experience. Any thoughts comparing both is appreciated!

I agree that the firmware updates keep getting worse, but they are still better in their current crappy state than anything else I've tried.
