Is Fanatical a legit keys site, or is this one of those gray-market keys sites?

Few of these seem to be on sale through Steam anyways, so not really the significant savings they appear to be. It's still something, but not as much as they appear at first glance.
GTFO [fanatical.com] $12.48
GTFO is on sale direct through Steam for 12.79.
Monster Hunter: World [fanatical.com] $6.12
Monster Hunter World is also on sale direct through Steam for $7.79

Fanatical is legit, and you are correct, these individual deals are rarely better than Steam sales or other legit sites. But their bundles are sometimes pretty decent.

Fanatical is legit, but don't fall for their "mystery keys", as they are total shovelware crap for the most part.

Best price I've ever seen on Baten Kaitos Remastered. Highly tempted. I have the originals but never got around to playing them...

Games on sale from an official licenced key distributor is likely to match Steam's sale price. Anything found cheaper (not bundled) is likely grey key. I'd recommend checking out https://isthereanydeal.com for comparing the best prices and history. They also track bundles and avoid mentioning any grey market websites.

I've been purchasing games and bundles since they were named Bundle Stars. Never had an issue with them. The best time to buy is when they offer added bonuses to $15 and above orders usually around holidays. There's even one going on right now!

It is legitimate. I've also been buying from them since when they were called Bundle Stars.
