Since when are we not using kilos for filament? I can confirm though it's great filament.

Not sure how the PLA compares, but I just got some Kingroon ABS from a similar deal a couple weeks ago and it is the most finicky filament I've ever dealt with. Models I had just printed with Creality Hyper ABS with zero issues are failing abysmally half the time with the Kingroon. Now I'm stuck with 9 more rolls of this and regretting it.
Did you run any calibration prints to determine the best temperature, flow rate, etc to use for their ABS filament? While I haven't tried their ABS filament, I can vouch for their PLA and PETG filament as being a good value when you can catch it on sale like this. I did have to adjust my temperature a bit and I had to adjust my flow rate, so Zi saved it as a custom filament profile to use in the future.

I have ordered this same deal twice now.

Both times, the order was cancelled after a couple of weeks, "due to late shipment."

My other Aliexpress orders have all gone through...

PLA has been flawless for 5 or so kilos in various colors

Just bought my first 3d printer. Will I be using a lot of this as a new user?

I assumed you just did this calculation naively and was going to say this assumes that the filament has the same density as water, but no! You actually did the math. Bravo.

Yes, but you may want to get a multicolor set instead of all one color. Depending on what you plan to print, of course.

I pulled the trigger on Kingroon PLA last year and am pleasantly surprised how good it actually is for a cheaper priced PLA brand. Would definitely buy again once I run out.

I use Kingroon PLA and PETG. It's okay. But eSun PLA prints the easiest!

It just works every time. It sticks to the build plate even when I'm too lazy to wash them. I've never seen stringing in my life and I've used six spools already. It's tough and dimensionally accurate. I've made glider planes and prototypes.

And eSun colors are brighter.

Sunlu HS PLA sucks! Sunlu silk PLA spools have a lot of tanglea but prints as easy as eSun.

If eSun has 10 pack sales, I'm buying 5 of them.
