This worked for me today in Texas for an S26+.
I went to Walmart and bought the Moto G 2025 64gb, turned it on and got to the home screen, went to spectrum and traded it in.
Spectrum had to select "Other" for carrier and I got the $400 off plus $705 for the trade in. It seems like taxes were on the price of the phone minus the trade in value, so taxed on $395 at 8.25% taxes were $32.58.
In total I paid $27.57 to Spectrum (1100-400-705=-5 +32.58 tax)
On top of that I paid Walmart $32.35.
So all in was $59.92.

They also messed up my device evaluation. Got $7 instead of $67 for iphone 12, and $2 instead of $18 for A16.
But it looks like they except it at 125gb not 64gb.
I just purchased the one from the link it'll be ready for pickup in a few hours but I don't know if it's going to work according to online. Can somebody verify that I am incorrect that the 64 GB works with the trade in. Thanks

I placed my order online around 10am. They called around 1:30. Since then I did get a confirmation email from Assurant regarding the trade in value.
Never had that happen before. Just seems a bit odd.
