Seems many slick dealers are losing coupon privileges. Maybe coupon should be in titles from now on. Anyone know how to get coupon privileges back?

I have been using this product off and on for a few years now and can say with confidence that it makes a big difference. I also got my mother and sister to use it. It helps with hair and nails, but also with cartilage and joints. My sister is overweight and has a lot of problems with her knees, since she has been taking this supplement her joint pains and problems have gotten a lot better. I got them signed up for S&S and they love it. You can mix it into a shake or your morning coffee. Highly recommend it!

I normally buy vital proteins from Sam's. I haven't heard about this brand but I just ordered one to give it a try.
This is not protein, it's collagen peptides. However, it does contain some protein but that is not the product's purpose. This helps with hair, nails, cartilage, joints, skin. Great product, have been using it for over a year now.

How effectively does it dissolve in liquid?
It dissolves very easily. I put it in my morning coffee.

I'm pretty sure all of the claimed benefits specific to collagen are bogus (or are a phantom result driven by increased hydration from the water people consume with them). I haven't looked at the research in a while, but last I checked nobody had established a pathway from dietary collagen to collagen-containing parts of your body like nails/hair. Your body has to MAKE that collagen...it can't just take it from your stomach and move it to your nails, it simply gets digested in your gut.

But they are my favorite form of protein powder. Almost flavorless and dissolves readily in colder liquids (sometimes you have to be careful about how you do the mixing or it will form globs, but I can get it to dissolve in water straight out of my fridge dispenser). No issues with dairy content for people with dairy issues.

You can just add it to anything for a protein source. My preferred post-activity "recovery drink" is a scoop of collagen with some electrolyte (like Nuun tablets). Costs more than Whey, but that's the only downside to me.

Has anyone noticed anything after they started taking in collagen? Ive been using vital protein mostly, one serving a day.

Couldnt tell if its doing a damn thing, might stop taking it.

This does not do anything. Throwing money away on hopes and dreams of a magical pill to stay youthful. You will still be the same, except with a -$16 balance from your savings.
that's what people say about taking any nutritional supplement. Are you anti-vitamins and minerals too?

Instead of spending your money on this, try taking better care of yourself. Eat healthy and exercise. I just saved you thousands in unnecessary supplements. That's a real SD.

Great protein source even if you don't buy into the benefits of collagen peptides.

Collagen is not a complete protein, and is not the same as taking a regular protein supplement for muscle building, etc. You can increase the protein benefit of collagen if you take some complete protein at the same time. Notice how the label says 10g of protein yet provides basically none of your protein RDA.

Ordered. For those that use this, how long did it take to see noticeable results?
