Oof, I can't find any electrical specifications for it, but judging by those temperature ranges this is one of those thermocouple-type coolers that has very little cooling power. I have a couple coolers of that type in my basement keeping some vegetables cool instead of wine, so being on the cement floor which is probably about 63 or 64 degrees, they can reach 40-50 degrees. If they were outside on an 80+ degree day I doubt they'd be able to get lower than 65 degrees. Even worse if they're in direct sun. I bring that up because they are considered by manufacturer to be suitable for outdoor use.
