This appears to be dead, but there's another SD post for $6.36 for a different Amazon listing. I can't tell if the phone mount is completely identical, but it's close if not.

Looks like that one clamps instead of wrapping around the handlebar. It might even be closer to what I'm looking for. Thanks!
