Still too expensive for my taste, but Camelbak 22oz podium steel is cheapest I've seen at $31.

As someone who is by no means a weight weeny, the podium steel is goated. I love having actually cold water for the entirety of my ride and not having the gross warm plasticky taste that all normal bike bottles imbue the water with. I'll never go back.

Nope, I have a topeak Modula 2 which is adjustable, and its maxed out on the size, but firmly holds the bottle in place while still being easy enough to slide out. Can't say I've tried the stainless in a more standard bottle cage though, but I don't think its a common complaint with them that they're difficult to remove or anything.
