They will email you if you sign up for it. They do every Wednesday morning for me... and I sometimes get the Family deal on those days... especially if I get the free large entrée coupon (I think that's it) which can be used on premium ones and is worth $15+ bucks.

They have not been giving me good offers lately. It is always this 10% off with $12 purchase or some sort of deal. I think I am going to go with my original theory that they gave everyone a BOGO bowl to draw one into the game and then after that, you will be getting these slight discount offers.

I do not think so. I mean I have never had a game where I had gone without catching something that I was not supposed to and my sizzling part has been on point with the power bar maxed out. If it takes me not catching anything I am not supposed to and maxing out the power bar to get the bogo bowl....then dang.
