There are numerous other 120mm case fans that are quieter and perform better than these for the same price or cheaper.

The Arctic P12 pro (choice of A-RGB or without RGB) is both cheaper and signficantly better. $28.49 for the A-RGB 120mm version on Amazon right now https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-P12...B0DJD8MJ5S

I find it funny how they add this "compatible with nVidya 50 series" picture. Bro it's a case fan. Even a floor fan is compatible with it.

My corsair fans all glow the wrong colors after just a few years.

The pro is in fact louder than these. The pro's are actually louder than most. They have a high max rpm and a rough sound profile. They have a trade off for cooling against the OG p12. They can cool slightly better but are louder

Only if you are looking at max speeds, which isn't an apples to apples comparison and is like saying your car is quieter at 80mph than the faster car is going 150mph.

You can look at any noise normalized testing and see these are really not very good in comparison to the significantly cheaper Arctic P12 series. Look at the 25db, 30db, 35db, etc. When you can move more air at 30db than another fan can at 40db it's better.

https://www.hwcooling.net/en/arct...review/16/

The only fans above the Arctic P12 series in noise normalized performance for airflow or static pressure are all fans that cost 3x-5x per fan. It's literally only when you look at max noise which makes 0 sense to compare since fans have different max speeds and different amounts of airflow provided at those max speeds that it drops on charts - so the 1 chart that doesn't matter unless for some insane reason you plan on running it at max nonstop and do 0 thinking or setup other than putting that baby at 100% and full send no matter what.

I don't have any arctic P12 pro's myself but when I was doing some research on what case fans to go with if my (very old Stick Out Tongue , 8 years ) case fans die the arctic P12 pro's seemed to be recommended by many and varied reviewers on the internet.. my buddies at Hardware Canucks (very friendly group of tech experts who give unstintingly of their time and effort to help ignorant people like me Stick Out Tongue ) also recommended the arctic P12 pro so it's on my amazon wish list if/when the case fans die.

Ironically enough (and murtel's comment below is something I'll definitely have to consider too) I'm considering a case fan controller from corsair Stick Out Tongue if I go that route the "CORSAIR Commander Duo" which sadly doesn't drop to much lower than it's $40 normal retail price (right now it's $32 on amazon).. the provoked prawn (does great youtube videos on PC tech or at least in my opinion) had a lot to say about it including instructional videos for newbs like me who know nothing about fan controllers Stick Out Tongue .. the provoked prawn confirmed the Corsair Commander Duo works with non Corsair fans too.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...0DER&psc=1

Obviously of course if someone has a better fan controller recommendation I'm all ears Smilie (I like how the Corsair Commander Pro controls both the speed of the fans and the colors far as RGB fans but murtel's comment on avoiding corsair software has me worried)
