I just bought this about a week ago. I applied it last weekend and have already had a rain storm that allowed me to test it. This stuff works great. The water flies off of the windshield.
I highly recommend following the directions which tell you to clay bar the glass prior to applying. I really cleaned my glass after the clay bar with glass cleaner as well. Apply in one direction, let dry and then apply in the other direction. Then buff with a cloth. Who knows if it will last up to a year, as claimed. That is the important part since many products work well at first but don't last longer than a month or so. I'm an average user of detailing products so take my recommendation as one that isn't from an enthusiast much less a detailing expert, but every Griot product I've used seems well worth it.
I love Griots and this is another great product from them. When I used it in the past it has lasted about 8 months on my front windshield before I started to notice any deterioration, which is still a fantastic length of time to last on a windshield. On my back windshield with no wiper blades or spray it lasted a full year.
