That's because you can't really use Bluetooth for a gaming headset. You need to use a USB wireless dongle (usually operating on 2.4GHz) for headsets where you need multiple channels of audio. Bluetooth fundamentally cannot handle stereo sound output while also operating mic input, it's bandwidth limited.

These are okay for listening to one source of audio but not my favorite. I own a pair and do use it regularly. People listening to me speak say the microphone is clear which is good, but in use cases like talking on discord while listening to a computer game audio it is extremely difficult to hear the computer audio. Hard to describe, turning up the volume sort of makes the computer audio harsher, but bigger headphones haven't had this problem for me.

Based on reports, Amazon isn't an authorized reseller. No warranty.

Yeah but it's AMAZON. They will probably refund you faster than their own warranty can. LOL

Yup (assuming true) and it's not as if you'll be claiming warranty in a few years on a $59 item.

I like the style on these and they do great as 2020 era headphones. Any newer features and you'll be left frustrated. Also frustrating is the plastic lip around the case. The case would be so much smaller if they removed this piece of plastic.

I have these and genuinely love them. They're perfect for a relatively quiet office environment and did well on an airplane when my big headphones broke. Getting a pair for my wife

Absolute garbage customer service from this company. They outright berated me on Twitter about 5 years ago for suggesting they hire more help in answering tickets because I dared put in more than one ticket after they ignored my first one for a month.

Then when their charging case failed in the first 4 months of ownership they tried to redirect me to their web retail support which oddly wasn't even the same company (at the time they had no authorized resellers, and were selling only direct.)

Complete run around and ultimately I got so tired of trying to get support from them I just threw them away.

Granted they were only about $125 but honestly, the battery life was poor and the charging case was very necessary to get through the day.

Buyer be warned.

Wow, I had the opposite experience with EarFun. I posted a less-than-stellar review for a pair of their earbuds that ran about $90 at the time. Don't get me wrong, they are excellent buds in most respects, I just pointed out a couple of flaws. EarFun contacted me and said they can send me replacement buds, or they could just refund my money and I could keep the original buds. I got my money back and a really nice pair of EarFun Air Pro 4 for free.

I like them. Not sure if this is the right terminology, but the sound isolation stands out compared to my JBL earbuds. I can play music on a lower volume and hear it crisp and clearly. They're pretty comfortable too and don't shift when I run and even get sweaty. I primarily use them in my away from my desk working scenarios and they're quite nice for that.
